All headers are worth about the same power on a typical 1.6. The only advantage is quality. A Raceland header for $150 will do a great job for very little cash, and is only marginally worse than most of the high-end stuff as far as fit and weld quality. I've seen plenty of cracked RB headers.
My stock '91 dynoed 97 whp/97 wtq. With a Raceland header, Enthuza test pipe, and Cobalt cat back, I dynoed 102/102. It is funny how much faster and peppier the car feels now. The header cracked after 2 weekends of road racing, I am running 70 duro supermiata motor mounts and the whole car vibrates like crazy. Got a new header and my welder fixed the cracked one with beefier welds. If the new header cracks as well, I will have a flex section welded in.
Thanks guys. I think I will try the Raceland.
^Whatever you do, don't get a 4-2-1 layout (like an OBX)...much harder to get in and out of the engine bay! Raceland (aka, Riceland) uses the Racing Beat design.

^ Same dyno, not the same day. I keep my '92 completely stock though and once I hit 105 mph in 4th the speedo barely climbs, on the '91 I hit 112 mph with ease every time.
