Shifter Bushing

My shifter bushing is shot and I'm stuck between a delrin and a nylon replacement. Car is my daily and I autocross 3-4 times a year and tend to shift somewhat hard on the street. Any guidance on which one to get? Is the delrin worth the extra 8 or so bucks?

Spend the $8.00 and get all the other bits and pieces as well since they are more than likely mangled.

Also good time to replace the shifter boots.

Actually, we replaced the other boots 2 years ago and the upper is still mint but the lower is getting close

^Spraying the inner/outer boots with silicone spray will give them a longer life.

Have to ask. Why do you shift a miata "hard"? A lite touch is all you need.
