FS: Foot Well Subwoofer for NA and NB.

A few folks have expressed interest in my Miata foot well speaker boxes for the NA/NB. Good news! I have made more. If you want to purchase one contact me.

Photos shown are of my first generation box but are essentially similar to what I make now but are a bit more refined. Box is strong enough to stand on. People who have heard the box were impressed. Uses an 8" woofer (not supplied) in the cabin and offers solid tight bass. Not boomy and overpowering and no rattles! Completely stealth design. All but the tallest passengers will fit and box is easily removable if needed.
You are welcome to listen to my car with the box installed to judge for yourself.

I have seen and heard BR's subwoofer and it sounds great. We'll worth the price. I wish I had bought one for my old NA.

Heard this at the Keller's meet sounded fantastic, definitely going to get one when I get some extra money.

On the way home last night, I realized the balance was off on my system which explains the right bias of the sound you mentioned. I also has the sub-woofer set with 0 gain so I upped it to three and it sounded even better. Listened to Eminem's "Without Me" and it was hitting hard. ::rock:: It's amazing what a single 8" can do in the Miata's small cabin with a proper box. 10" is just to big to fit in that small location.

Even with that it still sounded really good, definitely made me think about redoing my audio setup.
