Old 15" Rota wheels with Yokohama Envigor 195/55/15 tires. (3-4 years old)

Interior in good shape.
New Old Pan, not a oil burner

Driver seat bloster has a hole
3rd gear will grind on rush shifts
Paint is faded (25 years old paint)
Crack on windshield
Driver side CV needs replace soon
Car some time has hard time starting when it's hot out or turn on again after a drive (main relay?)
Stereo is not working, probably bad wirings
