So the Ranger took an extended break when the water pump let go so the garage queen 2002 Miata was pressed into daily service.
It ran OK but would occasionally fall on its face at around 2,000 to 2,500 RPM while accelerating almost like someone shut it off. It wouldn't always do it but it did it enough to piss me off. ;)
No codes, and wasn't racking up any misfires so not sure where to start.
Any thoughts or suggestions on what could be causing this dip??
