Car broken into, Need dash parts

...and my bad luck continues....My '94 got broken into sat night. The stupid crackhead theives were trying to steal my $150 ($150 new, 2 years ago, street value ~ $20) deck. They took the faceplate off and proceeded to tear everything up trying to get the stereo out. The neandrathals must not have known how to use a phillips head screwdriver. It would have been a lot quieter and caused less damage. They made enough noise that my neighbor heard them and came out to chase them off. They ended up not getting anything. So now I need to buy some interior parts. Heres what I'm looking for:

Center dash panel (the one the eyeball vents go in)
Hazard/headlight switch assy
HVAC control
