me and my future brother in law in his mr2 spyder went around on errands and since we (coincidentally) had 2 cars, we (just happened to) come across some big parking lots. too bad they were all iced over. you betcher ::Bum:: you gunna! i shur wuz, i tell yoo whut.... just stay in the lanes where you can tell its dry. i stab the throttle (in a straight line) as my ameteur way of traction sensing. if it goes, i accellerate to my desired speed. if it spins, i accellerate a tad slower (i cant help it) also if space forbids, during braking, i do similar steps to test traction (WARNING- this is not for everyone nor, do i do this all over the place. proceed with caution, all driving stunts were done on a closed course, with (future) professional drivers. in no way do i or this message board condone and/or will take responsibility for this information. may void factory warranty. buckle your seatbelt and obey all traffic laws. have fun, be safe, and dont drink and drive. Dont mess with Texas. not legal in all 50 states, not CARB approved (as of yet) ::Blah::

:lol: That drift was unintentional! That was turn 2 at Hallet Motor Speedway. I finally got around this one guy and carried too much speed into that hairpin. I held the drift through the turn and actually set my lap record at that lap...with a passenger! The camera guy just happend to be at that corner when it happened so I have 3-4 picks in sequence! sweeetQuote:
