It was nice and cool this morning and to waste a day like this would be a tragedy.
Woke up at 9am to detail the wheels and tires, wash and waxed the car 'cause it needed a good bath...
Anyone do anything or have plans to do anything? :burnrubr:

I'm stuck at work. It's a beautiful day for sure! :sunny:
Went to the doctor this morning. She said she'd moved all her afternoon appointments to the morning so she could go hang out by her pool
I drove to and from the appointment with my top up due to the crud I was seeing her for.:(
OTOH - I'm all about hi temp records, and we should set one today if we hit the predicted 89
Put the tonneau cover on last night, and drove to work with the top down. It looks so good with tonneau covering it and rollbar sticking up out of it. Maybe it'll get washed when I get home.
I get to drive to work with the windows down. ;) onething, I hope its nothing serious at the doctor.
At my age, nothing is really serious; maybe fatal, but not serious. Except allergies.Quote:

Working here, too.....sigh! And I didn't even drive the Miata today, so no excuse to leave early. I do, however, think I'll go take a walk after the meeting I'm about to attend :)
I did a little top down driving over lunch.... group went down to Freebirds and sat outside on their "patio"... May have to leave early as well.
Pant! pant! It's downright HOT out there......91
I'm stuck at work. :( But at least I got to drive in with the top down, sure beat an automatic Civic.
Drove in top down. Will drive home top down.
Note to self... in the future, when you spend an hour and a half giving your car the first bath of the season, don't immediately bolt on the set of wheels that's been collecting dust in the garage for 6 months...
Nothing fun...Just work. Top will be down when I leave at four.
I had the top down yesterday and this guy in a beat up 626 says "hey, you lost your top back there"
ME: Not sure what to say "OK"
HIM: I told someone with a miata that in the past and they actually turned around.
ME: driving off "you're wierd!"
People say the strangest things.
You should have replied "So did your wife... but you don't hear me complaining!" ::Clown::Quote:

I'll keep the top down until the next sign of rain, then I'll start driving the OTM again. :punchout:

Its weird how many miatas I've seen out with their tops up tho, screwballs~
What gets me is the :cat: 's in the Z3's & Z4's. Always top up.Quote:

I'll stick my head out for a :cat:, after I got done playing an hour and a half of tennis, I drove home with the top up and ac cranked.
