I sold my Fender bass in 2004 and have been regretting it the whole time... I saw this lovely thing sitting at Brook Mays (near the office) and had to jump on the deal. I'd always wanted a five string with the low B... it makes one helluva sound!
It's an Ibanez SRX505... in a transparent black finish. The picture does the body no justice at all... I'll post a couple more later.
I love my Fender P-Bass. Never played a 5 string though. Congrats. :clap:

Unfortunately, it's now in pieces getting a re-build.

Anybody seen Spinal Tap? Their big bottoms song is 3 bass's, no guitars. I would like an acoustic bass guitar. Going to Guitar Center in Plano on Wednesday with my guitar player. The P-bass need new strings.Quote:
