You didn't cut carefully across the lines! Better luck next time.

Never cut the part, just hammer it in to fit.

I would have suggested greasing it up before trying to insert it...

I tried this myself. I cut the *^%@# thing off twice, and it was still too short.

I love in the thread the moron was asking if he should take it back to the store. I still can't tell if that was someone jerking their chains or just clueless.
