Knee slice and dice tomorrow

I tore my meniscus clean in two on my right knee. I told the doctor it was because of the extreme pressure I put on the gas pedal :D ....anyways, athroscopic surgery tomorrow to pull that torn piece out from between my patella and tibia. Anyone ever have this done? Do it hurt? Should I make inapropriate comments to the nurses? Do I need a will?

Just remember this when bugging the nurses:

They know where to stick you with needles where it hurts and where it doesn't hurt. They know how to get even.

Maybe take the block of wood out from behind the pedal if you are trying that hard...

I've had meniscal surgery twice. Crutches, swelling and lots of physical therapy. You'll be OK. Get some reading material.
