I put the badge back on the front of mine after getting the stripes put on. The holes in the bumper showed up on the stripe and eventually a perfect hole showed up in the stripe. I guess the edges were sharp enough to put a perfect hole there.
The back badge was pulled too but the holes don't show up through the stripe.

My idea was to remove the back two Miata badges and leave the sc one....guess Mazda doesn't want their id's removed without owner misery.
One is stuck on, the other is with studs... cover the holes with the SC badge.
Actually, on my 03 the front badge is stuck on AND has studs with fasteners on the back side.Quote:
