Basic question here... I'm getting ready to go out and do the brakes on the car, and I now have a jack that will actually get all the way under the front end! So, I'm assuming I can jack the front end up under the cross member, but is there a safe single point at the rear where I can place the jack? The diff housing looks a little delicate... :confused:

I actually jack up each side placing the jack right under the side view mirror.

If you have the rear ladder brace, you can jack it up there. i typically put my jack stands at the farthest rear portion of the frame rails. It has a nice flat and smooth place to rest on the stand.
