Seriously though,
I switched my cat to Purina Pro Health Senior 11+(dry food) from Iam's for adult cats 7+(dry food) about three months ago. I figured that she was old enough to have the old cat formula and I wanted to see if she would cough up a few less hair balls. Did'nt work, though. Long haired malaysian cats are going to shed, I guess.

I work in a grocery store, so I have been hearing about this a lot lately. Luckily, I haven't seen Purina One dog food on any lists (that I have looked at). That is what my dog eats (when she isn't in my pizza or nachos).
Our two cats got some of the bad stuff, but so far, so good. Clean bill of health from the vet.
Our Lab had 2 cans left in a good batch of the food, but the new batch (that we had already purchased) was on the contaminated list. Close call...
