Ya got a source on this or are ya just making it up as ya go? ;)
So does this mean the drought is almost over; and we can drink water again!?
Like it matters. Lavon has been above Stage III levels since February, iirc (right now we're almost eleven feet above Stage III trigger level, and four feet above Stage I trigger level). Not that they've lifted the watering restrictions.
Not Work Safe Lake and River Levels?!
Happy?
Well... it will take a few days for all of last nights rain to flow down to Lavon, so expect another rise tomorrow or the day after. There was a LOT of rain in northern Collin county.
But yeah... we'll probabaly be under stage 3 restriction even when they start releasing water downstream. Otherwise, they might have to stop selling new water meters for all the new homes they are building.
Well dang, I forgot the link so to make you HAPPY here is my source.
