Yes you have to pre-pay. Don't think you have to have a paypal account. The paypal site will let you just pay with a regular credit/debit card even if you don't have a paypal account. If you have a paypal account...even better.

It's basically autocross skills, applied to real driving situations without calling it autocross. Skidpad, slalom, braking while turning etc. Then in the afternoon an AUTOCROSS! I mean...emergency driving obstacle course.
