sorry to see this shit.
Like everyone has said, I'm glad you are OK and it sucks about your car.
Sorry about the car, hope you feel better soon. Let us know if you need anything.
Sorry to see that happen to someone else, I just had my accident in mine a couple of weeks ago, I know exactly how you feel.
Wow! Hope you are OK. Maybe I ought to get more insurance and quit carrying the gun in the car.
holy shit! I talked to gary about this today. From his descriptions, i didn't imagine it to look as bad as it does. I see torn metal. good thing, is that it looks like your wheel/tire is fine and hopefully the suspension is, as well.
How did you end up westbound and his truck at the northwest corner, when he hit you on the right side? Did he drive over the left side and crush the right side or something?
Wow, glad you are okay.
I hate asshats on cell phones while driving. They are not paying attention to anythign. They should start charging those morons with assault with a deadly weapon when they cause an accident and involuntary manslaughter if they cause a fatality.
Here ya go. Now you know what your life is worth. A Houston jury has agreed on the punishment for a woman convicted of causing a deadly accident after getting off her cell phone.
On Monday, Jeri Montgomery was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 10 years probation, given a $10,000 fine, and she was also ordered to make a $50 donation to Crime Stoppers.

Glad you are ok William, remember cars can be fixed. FYI there is an LO MSM at town north
Just a quick response. I actually ended up in the middle of the intersection facing the traffic light pole behind the fire truck. Before the fire truck got there a police officer did a visual on my car and asked me to try and pull it onto Renner behind the truck to clear the intersection.
Sucks to see this William, you've put a lot of work into that car. I can only see one picture at work, hope you're back in another one soon or fix that one.
Glad to hear your alright. The miata's are safe and yours even more so because the bling helped ya;). Good luck with everything.
Ah geez. Hope you get a decent settlement from his insurance company.
Sorry to see that William......riding a bike forever has made me a very defensive driver, I always expect someone to change langes, run a light or do some other moronic thing.
Let me know if you have any questions once you start fighting the insurance co..
Oh man that is horrible. That car was so sweet... I remember seeing it upclose at TDR. Glad you are alright though.
The good news:
His insurance is accepting full responsibility.
The bad news:
The car is a total loss.
The good news:
I'm buying it back with a clean title.
The bad news:
I wish the settlement was more.
The good news:
According to Rogue it is repairable and Titus has many of the parts needed from his parts car.
The bad news:
I will need another car once I settle with the insurance company as I will lose the rental.
The good news:
I'm looking for a CHEAP Miata.
The bad news:
None. I'm gonna have another Miata!
The good news:
I'm alive with all my appendages still intact.
The bad news:
My neck and back are killing me.
Make sure you get a medical checkup on his insurance's bill. ;)
maan1986's sure does look nice and solid. Hope the back and neck feel better soon. Guess this is what had to happen for Trina to get 'her' miata.
