Just got confirmation from Carillo corporate that the weights that they list are inclusive of the cap, bolts, and bushing. Too bad this is not an industry-wide standard. Maybe it's just the resellers that muck up the issue to trick us end users.
As odd as it is to say, that kind of sucks.
Have you looked into Eagle, Pauter (do they make Miata rods...I forget?). I know there's a few others...Belfab? Not sure anymore, there were really just the two different Carillos when I got mine years ago. I actually just heard about the M-Tunes a few months ago.
I agree! Call Fu_i Racing now! ;-)

I'll put that on my To-Do list. Right after "Win Lottery".
You know, it's a darn shame that a guy can't ask ask a simple question on this board, WITHOUT IT BEING BROADCAST TO THE NATION AT THE NEXT AUTOCROSS! ::Rant::

LOL, I laughed my ass off at the auto-x, it's even funnier now that I found this post.
Carrillo A-beam rods weigh 418.02 gm. each including all caps/bolts/ etc. Ask me how I know!
Next purchase will be a set of custom Weisco pistons, 12:1 or 12.5:1
