Doesn't Flying Saucer have a ton of beer choices?
Lobotomy Bock is also at Mr. G's at Coit & 15th. Good, but probably not rare enough.
I was going through my beer bottle collection and found a couple micro brewerys I had forgotten about, they make good stuff. I don't know if they ship, or if you have enough time to ship but worth a try.

There is a small brewery in San Marcos called the Root Cellar. I guarantee he has never had one of their beers before. I have tried multiple varieties from this place and been happy every time.
Also, the Oktoberfest from Real Ale is done right.
Edit: as for beers not available in Texas that rock... Skull Splitter Ale.
I'm a big fan of Baltika. My favorite is #9, but all of them are good. I used to get them at a Russian grocery in South Houston. I don't know where you'd find it in Dallas.
