My reference to jdcanadian was because he is the one who appears to be one of the "event organizers" for the East-Side GTG's. ;)

Why don't we do something in the middle of the messtro-plex next week....
If you can come up with something as good or better than Jack Junkies and Kellers, lemme know, I'll be there...you'd better show too, I'm sick and tired of people crying about distances, I live in Mckinney, takes me 40 minutes to get to Kellers!
that said, any location suggestions?
^ There ya go!!
Look at that a young buck with the drive and determination to organize something.
I've recommended this before:

Every single person that I've taken there becomes a patron. But I'll warn you, they don't serve sissy beers. No imports. Only craft beers from Texas and some of the best grub in town.
YMMV,

Typically, people only want to come-out to a place where they can hang WITH the cars, since that's the only reason most of these people even tolerate each other. Have you ever talked to me AWAY from my car?? ::Yawn::
In all seriousness, that's really the big challenge with successful GTG's; if people can't park together and socialize around the cars, it seems to have minimal attendance. Doesn't mean you can't still have one and enjoy a smaller group.
Sonic?
:)
We could try Strokers, but we may get hit on. LOL.
I remember taking my ruckus in there once, then hilarity ensued
further discusion on this subject is now in Events and drives...
Here Rick under Events and Drives not Event Planning.
