This is exactly why I always use a credit card when dealing with an unknown merchant.

Gary and Mike came over and we installed the junkyard motor in the Miata. I still have lots of odds and ends to clean up, but big progress.

The machinist took the lower end apart(on the mail order shortblock) and no conclusive evidence, so I am going to let that dog lie, and just chalk it up as a learning experiance.

IIRC it's on the lower-right side (bottom half of the block)
