Get a new revolving code door opener with a remote keypad. You won't have to carry the remote with.
I think your home owner insurance may cover this. I am sure it will, if it is on the driveway (inside your property line). Give them a call. Nothing to loose!

You would put that top on your frame. Check your rain rail while you're at it. Chances are it's original and cracked.Quote:

Generally, the garage door openers can only accept 4 garage door remotes at a time. If you program the other remote(s) four times, it should loose the information from the other remote from its memory.

I'm in the process of locating a used NB top from the local salvage yards.
If that doesn't work, I would have to put a new top on my existing frame (which I believe is still straight).
I might throw a Pizza and Beer party to tempt you guys to help. :D

Picked up a M2 top from the salvage yard today.
There are cracks on the rubber strip below the window, where the top blots on to the chassis. Is that the rain rail? Will the cracks cause any wather leakage?

The back side of the plastic strip is fine, rubber is nice and soft.

Isn't there a difference between the NA frame and an NB frame???
I picked up the whole NB top with frame. I think it's a direct blot-on according to M.net.
