Opel Vectra Wagon on the autobahn
I just purchased my Scan Gauge II today from Gary.
As stated in the earlier post, it will not fit in the corksport pocket. I have verified this on my own car. If you have the pocket under the radio it would work, but I still think it needs to go up higher so that you can actually utilize it while driving down the road. When I figure it out, I will try to remember to take some pictures and post them here.
This gauge is worth every penny I spent on it.
What is the sample rate?
I've got one those old CarChips and they sample every 5 sec. Okay for big picture stuff but not useful data logging at an autocross.
if I don't have a pocket available because of gauges:D
Normally I don't like putting things on the stirring column because it covers up the odomiter/tripomiter but sense it has a trip setting, that might not be a bad place to put it.
