Is there anything special under the hood? I like seeing the old stuff still around.

I dont think he has anything done, but I am not sure. It has the stock exhaust and sure looks like the stock suspension. Last year it was primer in spots, missing bumpers and lights and interior. It looked like a prepared class car :-). Now it looks like it is pretty close to restored.

157 (the road to Venus) was getting resurfaced last time I was down that way. Is it finished? Haven't gone south of Venus/67 yet, is there more down that way?

Finally got some shots from above. It's still hard to judge slip angles from pics. But still cool viewpoint. I need to get video in the car soon.

Speaking of video - General Default recently posted Spinout's FTD run on the TX Regions website. www.autocross.com/tr towards the bottom.

Will go check that out. Was sure hoping to see some in car footage of the Z06 that took the slide for life. Man that was awesome. Think he just broke and it just kept going. I was walking so couldn't see exactly what happened. But the butt of that Vette sure was faster than the front in the straights.
