Would you buy it?
Hell no. It's ugly, and the steering wheel is on the wrong side! $40k? I'd take an Elise all day long over that, if I had $40k to drop on a funky car.
I would not pay more than 10K tops for it and it should have less than 50K miles at that price.
If FM had just finished an LS3 install, I'd be all over it. As is, maybe $8k and could care less about mileage as my drive train would go in it.
Those fender "flares" couldn't look like more of an afterthought.
Yeah, those would have to go. The front bumper looked better when it was stock too.
Believe it or not but that is all factory. There were 3 trims of the coupes. This was the biggest trim level.
I have no doubt it is a valuable, rare car and will be quite important to some collectors. Still, I really don't care for the look of the overall car at all. I love the actual coupe roofline and rigidity/comfort benefits, but the car is a fail for me. Much like the Z3 Coupes and Slowstice Coupes.
Meh, just not a fan of shooting brakes in general, I guess.
It'll buff out.
Finally found what we often need around here.

Friggin greatness.
Guy I bought my mini from cleaned out his garage and brought the stock exhaust and some other things over...I was shocked at the sheer length of this damn thing. I cannot believe this pipe came off of this car, even accounting for perspective. Where does it all go?

Exhaust mani is in the very front of the car on these. Literally a stem-to-stern system. The base is also a 1 piece exhaust.
The first Paddington Bear stuffed toy to be manufactured was created in 1972 by Gabrielle Designs, a small business run by Shirley and Eddie Clarkson, with the prototype made as a Christmas present for their children Joanna and Jeremy.
Mr. Bean has the car for you, only 1 minor fender bender ($1.4M)
