I'm gonna lean toward Yes. They're not perfectly identical, but damn close. Likely made at the same chinese factory.

Look, I'm not saying they're the best coilover set out there, but for the OPs stated purpose, they seem to be a good choice.
I saw a Chinese resturant in Richardson named "Glory" today.....it made me think of Mr BRG's glory hole.........

I bought flyin miata vmaxx 1 1/2 years ago and really like them. Much better than my stock suspension.
The only thing racelands and Vmaxx have in common are the fact that they are made from aluminum and steal.
