Yeah, he is just fine, and yes, it is the car you sold us. We put a lot of work into that car. There was more that it needed than I suspect either of us realized (that was okay though because it was amazing spending time working on it with him). It may get rebuilt, but they totalled it two days ago. I expect I'll buy it back and either part it out or... something. That was a really beautiful car that only needed a fresh paint to be perfect (scheduled for next summer). Figures...
None of the body panels except for the passenger fender are in good condition paint-wise. We had planned a respray for the summer.
With that said, this company makes a perfect match. The paint is amazing (and is an honest-to-goodness automotive paint).

Agree with all the statements above regarding "offensive" and defensive driving. Have to drive it like it's a motorcycle. I also run a pair of louder horns, and upgraded my lights to HID's. I drive with the headlights on at all times (I'm sure I could wire up a DRL relay and just be done with it), and I've found that tends to help people pay attention - a lot less people merging on top of me with them on in the day. Think like a motorcyclist.
I was taught to assume everyone else on the road was a complete moron. Seems to work well =)
Drive like you're invisible.
Yeap, I ride/drive agressively but safe like I do on the motorcycle. People do not see you is an excuse but remember the same dipweeds also don't see the train and get smashed. How the heck do you not see or hear a train? By not paying attention to driving but everything else to keep yourself entertained.
Horns: I installed a similar horn on my Triumph Sprint ST as it also was weak. About two weeks later I was riding and hit the horn buttion and scared myself and jumped/flinched/almost paniced on the seat. I thought I was fixing to be hit by a semi as I had forgotten about the horn switch and had no idea it was going to be that loud outside of the garage at speed. I laughed at myself afterwards and realized that it worked for me at least.
