Well as fun as that car is the BMW is more fun in the snow :D
I'm actually working on that right now. Problem is the mods list is two pages long so I'm thinking about making a CarDomain page and putting a link in my ad. Right now there are four forums I'm going to list it on and I was going to take it up to Cars and Coffee as well.
Going to cars and coffee tomorrow morning?
Nope they postponed it.

Oh well at least I'm getting my online defensive driving knocked out and getting paid to do it :)
My pansy little dog hates the snow, won't go outside without a some gentle prodding with your foot. He pissed all over the floor next to the fridge yesterday, i'm going to have to move the fridge this weekend to get to the rest of it.
My lab loves the snow though.
This is the only bad thing about living in Justin and working in Grapevine...
So my dad and I were riding around in his Traverse and we got rear ended by a cabbie named Mustafa. Then while we were exchanging info, another cab rear ended the car next to us. Turns out it was Mustafa's brother...
I knocked all the snow off the MK2 MR2 and then drove it from the parking spot in front of my garage, to the parking spot directly across the street. Hoping the sun will that out the rest of the car and melt the ice in the apartment.
As it is now, The roads outside my place are fine but I don't think the hill leading up to my apt has thawed out enough for the MK2 to make it back after leaving.
Those ASX don't grip too well in water much less ice covered in snow.

Threw a tarp over the back half when it started last night so the snow wouldn't thaw out and get in the bov or soak the filter.
Today was a little relief in two weeks of not particularly good weather...

There was snow & ice on the roof of my house, but AFD didn't come clean it off.
Call the AFD and tell them you have around 110,000 people showing up at your house today and you are concerned about the ice and snow sliding off the roof falling around 200 feet and hurting people. Since the snow and ice falling off the roof has already put a few people in the hospital and you don't want anyone else to get hurt...... I'd bet they would help now rather than wait and have to respond if the snow and ice was to tumble off your roof and hurt people.
Come on Onething I thought you were all about Safety First! ::Banana::
Here comes Round 2 -

Wonderful! So this time I will be at the office when it hits...good times.
Friday morning was a blast. I was out in the Jeep plowing through 4 inches of very fluffy snow on the main roads. It was a lot more fun than later in the day.
Tomorrow should prove interesting. Fesh snow over fresh ice. Should make for a less than amusing drive home.
Right now (3:30pm)
Euless 58.8
Wichita Falls 51.5
Amarillo 3
the break was great while it lasted
went back to houston saturday morning
car was filthy so i washed it as soon as i got in town & took a pic knowing the snow/ice would return ::Bum::

Well TCU just announced it is closed for tomorrow so...... WOOHOO! I love snowpocalypse.
The channel 11 weather guy has found a new term for wind chill. He's calling it the "feels-like" temperature.
Kid had the day off of school.... Drove the wife to work in Downtown Ft. Worth then shot over to Euless. Roads didn't seem that bad to me. FWD FTW!
Ice+RWD+Star Specs=I'm not going anywhere!
Melissa has the day off, so she stayed home with Colin. I took her CR-V this morning. AWD + VSC = laughing at everyone slipping and sliding on the morning commute.
Yeah I don't see taking that car out in this with the other idiots on the road. Plus the tires on that car would probably be worse than the Star Specs with a treadwear of 140...
