I had a great time. It was a perfect first track experience for me, and knowing there would be only Miatas on the track went a long way toward easing my apprehension, which evaporated anyway about as soon I shifted into second coming out of the pit. I was hooked before I got to turn 2. I'm in for next year, but I'm not going to wait for that before I go again.
Many thanks to Rogue for leading us up and back. It was fun traveling in a group and seeing the sights on Route 66 along the way. And fried pies, you know.
