Apparently, tonight is the 2009 Dallas Cannonball.
What's that mean? It means a lot of idiots with too much free time and not enough sense to take it to the track will be tearing up the freeways of DFW tonight.

I love how they say "Remember the Cannonball is not a race, its just a social event for people that like to drive", yet they have a 150 mile route and say that they expect the drive to take about 1 1/2 hours. :rolleyes:

Well, if you are doing what you should be doing, checking your mirrors and such, it shouldn't be a problem. It's inattention that is the problem, not speed, in my opinion.
