Witnesses heard someone yell "Liar, liar, pants on fire!" Probably a domestic dispute of some kind or perhaps a victim of a rival state fair's mascott...

Can you imagine the politcal BS that will go on forever over the replacement? First it will be a race issue, then they will over-engineer a replacement that will cost too much money and never work right.
...then they'll have to sell the naming rights, etc etc etc. Before you know it, the State Fair will be hosted by "Dr Pepper Big Tex at Fair Park brought to you by Minyards, Viagra, and Earl Campbell's Hot Links"...

I never could understand why people even go to the state fair, imo its a huge waste of a ton of money...and now to watch the people on the news channels respond as if this "thing" is a person...haha!
