Since the car is darn new you shouldn't need anything but an alignment when it's done!Quote:

Hmmm, Did you order the rear perches from FM? Sway bars? Brakes?

I have a nice spring compressor if needed, but you dont really need one for this install.Quote:

Good luck but it sounds like you won't need it.
Tim the Teacher lives two blocks away from me... it's a bit easier than going clear across the MetroMess.Quote:

Good luck with the install, I am really pleased with mine.
Not a rise at all... just pointing out a geographical fact.Quote:

I am ecstatic with my FM shock mounts, aside from not being able to get the nut on the shock as much as I would like.
I am not sure if either of you are in a NB but if you are I have a perfectly good set of FREE shock boots that came off mine when I did the install, you are welcomed to them if needed.
p.s. thats why I offered to change locations to get help with my install, but its kewl It all worked out great, and I know the job was done well and to my standards.
I appreciate you guys not helping me, I learned more about my car and the way it works that day than the whole time I have owned it, I recomend both you guys take a strong hand in doing most of the work its very rewarding and gives you a great sense of achievement.
FWIW, I did the Ebay deal for the AGXs & grabbed a used set of FM springs for 170 shipped off the :batman: board classifieds. Entire job was ~ $500.Quote:

We're more than willing to help someone out, but it helps if you make it even vaguely convenient for some of us...
That's what they make calendars for :thumleft: Read then schedule..... :salut:
You bastard! :D Sweet deal man, although I paid full price for the springs and shock mounts I've gotten my share of TCB deals. It pays to know Shannon at MSR! I got my set of wheels, front sway bar and my first set of shocks for $500! Spec Miata to be take offs. :thumleft:Quote:

I think you will like the ride a lot better too, its not as rough as what yuo would think and corners much flatter than you would expect.
I originally had considered also adding sway bars but don't think I will need them after the shocks and springs.
The car will have a much more aggressive stance as well.
Post pics when you get it done, if you don't mind....I would like to see before and after.
Once again I hope it goes smoothe and quickly without a hitch.
