For me it's
LOST (I am hooked on this show! It's awesome!) ::2Guns::::BLee::
American Idol (wife got me hooked) ::Fruity::
Overhaulin' (I want an overhauled Chip Foose creation!) :drive:

The Office (It reminds me of a TV version of Office Space. Excellent!) ::Pop::
Extreme Makeover Home Edition (A show with a possitive message!)
Shalom in the Home (New show and Rabbi Shmuli is right on!)
24, Bones, Crossing Jordan, Medium (apparently I have a thing for smart women).
BTW... If people would just do what Jack Bauer said... 24 would be called 6.
Usually Family Guy, and The Office are my two shows. I used to watch Grey's Anatomy, but I sort of lost interest. Something always seems to come up on Thursday recently, so I had to download the last 3-4 episodes of the office from Itunes. My video card has a TV out though, so I just watch them like normal.
2 1/2 Men, Amazing Race and Family Guy are probably my fav's.

My DVR never misses My Name is Earl, Scrubs, Boston Legal, and The West Wing (R.I.P.). The various CSIs and L&O franchises make good DVR filler.
