New Scions
Scion is updating their boxes.
The xB now has the 158hp four from the tC. Looks like it's competing more directly with the Element now.

The new xD replaces the xA. It's basically Yaris-sized, but has a bigger Corolla-based engine. It is also available as a 4-door hatch (unlike the Yaris) and looks a bazillion times better to boot.

I have to admit I like the old xB better, but the new engine will help things

Not me. I'm all for avant garde styling, but a ::turd:: is a ::turd::.

But Scion did name it Hot Lava Orange...

I'm actually a fan of the Scion xB and bB. I like the creativity they bring to the tuner market. Toyota has done a good job with Scion line, I always hear good things about the cars despite the awkward looks some people dislike.

Anyway, I think I like the old xB better.. that is unless I could get the new one w/ this body kit. Oh, and some Work Equip 03!!

Meh...
Toasters belong on the kitchen counter, not on the road...

More Pics of the 2008 xB!

I think that xB is a huge improvement over the old one. I would still take an Element (I think), but this one now has the style and HP to be taken somewhat seriously by grown ups. ::OldMan::

Holy huge blind spot. What's the deal with Toyota and huge C-pillars? The FJ cruiser is the same way.

Good question. My Si has big blind spots in the rear, too, due to a swoopy C-pillar with airbags stuffed into it. Drives me nuts, and makes backing up more of a black art than it needs to be. ::Rant::
