VICS onto VVT engine

I've googled without any success so asking here too

What combo of fuel rail, pressure relief valve, injectors, and so forth is need to use OEM parts to install a 99-00 VICS intake manifold onto a 01-05 VVT engine to get rid of the VTCS intake manifold?

My 1999 VICS intake manifold is on a 1999 head. I can't help with the VVT info. Good luck, I'm sure someone will know the answers you need.
