Minor NTAXS rule change for EOY award eligibility

I have updated the NTAXS rules posted at http://www.ntaxs.com/rules.html. The specific change was to the minimum events in the same class to be eligible for a class award at the end of the season. In the past, it was 50% (rounded up) of the events, but it is now 75% (rounded up) of the events. For example, in 2018 with seven points events, the minimum will be six events to be eligible for an award. As in the past, an award of a free entry to an event of the driver's choosing the following season will be awarded to the eligible driver in each class with the most points.
