2013 Dodge Dart Mopar edition 90 of 500
Well instead of getting all my Flyin Miata suspension goodies for my car I decided to sell my wife's car and get her a new car. We looked at Dart's(2013) when they came out last year but wasn't in a position to get one and since we both liked it and after a lot if reasearch, we decided to get one. I came across this special edition by mere happenstance and after researching it,and realizing what a great deal it was, I contacted the dealer. They were not all that happy when they realized the car was "under priced" as they put it but in reality it was priced spot on according to NADA. It boiled down to the fact they wanted to mark it up due to it being a limited edition. Its a pretty cool car that gets good gas mileage, has decent power, looks pretty good and sounds AWESOME! (pretty much sounds like a SRT-4) Here is a run down on the car:

In all honesty my wife wanted her own Miata but I was the voice of reason and said we need at least one sedan for practicality, go figure.

Its a fun car that has a meaner bark than bite but for under $25k I couldn't find a better car. Mpg's in the end is what made me decide to get rid if the Acura since this is suppose to get about 6 mpg city and 10 mpg highway more than the Acura. Plus it's a factory turbocharged motor that makes 114 hp per liter thanks to 21 psi of boost! Sadly enough is just enough power to propel it to 60 mph in a less than stellar 8.1 seconds and a 1/4 mile time of 16.1 seconds. On the up side you can pick up 30+whp with just an CAI, charge pipes and exhaust which you can't do with a Miata but it's a apple's to orange's comparison. Miata upgrades will sadly be put on hold for a bit while I save up to take my wife on a cruise and am planning on getting a house in the next 8-10 months. I was REALLY looking forward to doing my suspension, in time.

I like blue accents.... but the different color drivers seat would drive me mad. Out of curiosity, did you look into the Focus's at all?

I did. My wife didn't like the way the ST looked and it was too much money for me right now, my budget was under $25k.
Fair enough. The dart does look sleeker from the exterior. (I'm just am ST fanboy.....)
