will they fit in a 91 i have the holes but they took my speakers out before they sold the car so all i have is the crappy door speakers
I found these speakers stuffed into the headrests of some Miata seats that I bought from Wags a while back. The tweeters are JBL and the coaxes are Pyramid Gold Series. I'll take $15 for them.

They will fit, but not all of the cars had them installed from the factory. You may have to run the wires if your car doesn't have it already.

Kind of OT but how do you access the wiring running into the factory headrest speakers? I think mine will occasionally cut in and out but I'm not sure if it's at the headrest speaker or the HU.

The wiring goes like this:
1) Through a hole in the headrest foam behind the speakers.
2) Down the back of the seat between the foam and seat cover.
3) Out the bottom of the seat back.
4) Into a hole in the carpet (I think it is the seatbelt stalk hole).
5) Out a whole in the carpet under the center console.
6) Under the center console all the way to the back of the radio.
