Yes, it can be. You just use your 1.8 valve cover IIRC (though, I think it's possible to use the 99 VC too, I think there's a cover back there that bolts in/out, it's been forever since the last time I looked into all this). The 99 exhaust cam still has the proper notches for the 90-97 CAS.

Well, there ya go... so... if I go ahead and swap the head out, will my car run with the stock ECU till I procure a blower? Also, can I safely assume that if I gut the VICS out of the intake, then my car won't have anything in the way of bottom end power (not that it's a torque monster to begin with...)?
