No pix yet, but I picked up a '99 head/intake from johnwag (thanks!), and the head has already been delivered to my machine shop in Arlington - where it will receive a thorough cleaning/checkout and stock refresh, for starters. Also, I found a couple of books on Amazon that I think will come in very handy - one has a section dedicated to retrofitting the NB head to the NA 1.8. Then I cleaned the intake out on my mom's patio table (she was so thrilled). I finally have it in my head how the VICS system works, and I see the HUGE upside to porting the intake (very nice!). Going forward, the plan is to get the new top end installed on the car and roll with that till I can refill the coffers for the blower - BUWAHAHAHA!
