Was the car 'hot' before inspection? A cold engine can give flaky readings IMO.
My car failed Saturday by 2 points HC (hydrocarbons) Passed everything else just fine.
Using the Link: My plan is to pull some full from Master fuel, and pull some timing from ignition trim. Any other recommendations?

Yeah, it was hot until I had to wait about 20-30 minutes. He took it around the block and let it idle for awhile before starting the tests.

You may want to call Jeremy at FM and see if he can send you the LINK timing settings for off boost that are equivalent to stock timing. That way your timing changes can be quick and easy without any guess work needed.
I pulled 2 degrees of timing and a lot of from Master fuel. I got the hydrocarbons down to 153 from 168. 166 is passing.
So it passed
