I've had this setup a long time and they rock! It's an older model, but Monsoon is still around.

I am just curious what audio system you guys are using for your computer?
I bought some Yamaha studio monitors model HS50M

These I use for my studio mixing, and they sound freakin awesome, I am considering buying the sub that goes with it.
Now even though these are studio speaks, they make excellent listening speakers....not just for mixing and they are powered.
The reason I ask is I am considering something a little less expensive and more geared for surround sound for my other PC, and am curious what you guys might suggest.

I'm using B&W speakers with an "old" Denon 3200 receiver. The B&W's are excellent imaging speakers. With a big a$$ monitor between them you'll need good speakers if you want any kind of fidelity at all. Really a good smallish speaker. All for less than 300 bucks
Hmm what is decent? Are we talking about your decent or my decent? I'm just curious because I don't want to offend anyone else's decent...
Or a set of Sennheiser HDR 65 cordless headphones. They are not as good as my older Sennheiser HD570 but darn good.

I recently bought some Sennheiser HD280 PRO headphones for mixing, but I am undecided on them for that function....my mixes are coming out a little too Bassy.
I use one of their mics for live stuff the Sennheiser e835 and I love it!
I have used their MD431-2 mic that costs 5X more and still go back to the 835.
It's been dropped hundreds of times in the past 8 years and still works the same as the day I bought it.....they make great stuff.
Some nice suggestions to check out thanks guys!
