    Genious. If the article is from Pittsburgh, I wonder if they were targeting inner city youth. They must have figured they see the stuff already so why not package their product in a pamiliar format. Nice

    looks to me like it disolves in your mouth.

    maybe the shape on the box with holes in it, that looks like the shape of the packet, which is probably an indication that the packet has small perferations to release the minty freshness quicker so you gte a better rush.

    You put it in your mouth like regular ice breakers. The clear part dissolves then you get an extra rush of minty flavor. That article was just the first I found with a picture. From what I understand it was a nation wide thing.
