I agree, good day. Three heats are always better than two. I was even 5th of 7 today. No DFL.

It was a good event! The 3 heat deal was a nice touch!

Only pisser with ER is knowing other than the double header finale in October we are going to be seeing a lot more of PMS.... I'm getting tired of PMS.

Anyone know why the Folks at ER are afraid of the Bus Lot?

We used to always run our heats like that. And then someone thought it would be a good idea to only run two heats.

    I HATE 3 HEATS

I want all my runs in one heat.

    I HATE PAX

Other than that, it was a great day and a fun course.

Would one of you kind gentlemen (I know there's maybe one or two in this crowd) PLEASE start reminding me, at the beginning of each event, that if I'm going to hit a cone dead-center to just go ahead and blow through the d**n thing and don't stop for it!!!!

Also, ya'll would be AMAZED at what a cracked exhaust manifold will do to your spark plug wires! Can you say "FRIED"!!!

Onething's probably your best bet, but even then, you should be wary.

I wondered why it sounded soo funny. A few of the folks I talked to commented that the car didn't sound right. Hopefully, its a quick fix and just a new set of plugs. At least your wheels didn't try to jump off like the 350Z at the SCCA event.

Oh, and if you are going to hit a cone dead on, don't bother stopping.

Got a new (well, it came off the other 'Vette) exhaust manifold and new (they ARE new) spark plug wires on it yesterday. We're going to put heat shields around the wires in case this happens again......you know how these poor ol' 30 year old parts are.

I have this dang mental block about hitting ANYTHING with the car.....even a stupid cone. If it happens again, and I'm sure it will, I'm flooring it and taking the d**m cone with me!

I sure wish Jeremy had felt the same way when he was co-driving my car last season...
