Give him a call or text message. He works a lot and doesn't get over here that much.

Default Can we bring AJ back ?

I will never go back to the Lewisville NTB store again, unless AJ gets his job back.

Maybe we should all call the store and request an appointment with AJ. When we are told he "no longer works here", just say thanks and hangup.

Do you suppose that the guy would get the message ?

While I agree with you to a point, Brandon is also capable of providing an amazing alignment

    Orland M. Wolford
    President and CEO, Tire Kingdom

With experience in the tire industry dating back to 1969, Orland Wolford accepted the position of President and CEO of Tire Kingdom when TBC acquired that tire retailer in June 2000. In his position, Mr. Wolford is responsible for all company-operated retail operations, including those of National Tire & Battery and Merchant’s Tire & Auto Centers, in addition to Tire Kingdom.

I called the corporate office and told them what a great job AJ did for me and how impressed I was with his professionalism and how he was an asset to the team.

I'd be happy to send any upper mgmt an email and let them know you align all 3 of our cars once a year and do a great job. Lets find an email.

Based on the email addresses seen here, their corporate email pattern would imply that his email address should be [email protected]. I would recommend using AJ's full name (Bao 'AJ' Ngo), and the NTB Store Number (712).

This is just wrong to fire good a worker who bring in good cash paying customers! I have seen enough of these freshly minted clueless managers. Please don't let Brandon go. I want to redo my alignment and I bought the 3-years deal!
