Do you have to change much on the MS for the 99 engine?

just IAC settings. Eventually I'm going to get the MS reworked for TPS so I can run TPS based boost control. Until then, I have to switch a couple wires on the t-body. Any guesses what my required fuel should be for 550cc injectors at 1863cc's?

I'm probably taking the car to exatorq. Everywhere else I've called with an eddy-control dyno is a moron. They don't know MS, but won't let me work the software because then they can charge me for extra time used learning the interface.

If I have to take the car to BEGi, I will, but they don't have eddy control either.

does anyone know how big the bore is on the lead that feeds the nipple which goes to the oil cooler (look for the circle):

I'm thinking about taking my heater lead from there and might just drill a hole in it, chop the nipple off, and find a hose for it. That nipple only goes to the oil cooler, right?

Are you talking base map or fuel pressure or what?

And why not put in a base map, do some street runs and tune it like that?

my req fuel value is 6.3 which a standard pulse width value which is used to calculate volumetric efficiency. I'm going to use my current map to tune and I've scored a spark table from a 1.8 running a gt2860rs at 9:1, so I have something to start road tuning with.

Once you start your MegaTune software you go to Basic Setup, Engine constants, and type in your values... the program will calculate it for you. You do have a wideband, correct?

right, but the math isn't perfect...most use 6.3 and it works fine.

I don't think that trailer is big enough to tow the motor-less Miata in the background.
