Yep, those are the ones, but you're leaving one out. The new Toyo R1R. I wish the Yok AD07 was available in smaller sizes but it's not, the RE01R is great in 195/50/15 for the Miata (runs wide) and the Dunlop has been getting great reviews but comes in an unfortunate 195/55/15.

One more that's not on the market yet, but will be soon...

We've never been to a PCA event. How many runs do you typically get?

We normally try to get 10 runs. But if we get a large turnout, we will have to drop the number of runs.

Well, the closest McDonalds to the venue is in a Walmart. The next closest is at 2391 N Collins St, Arlington, TX. I say we meet there at 7 AM.

But us Miata guys like to meet for breakfast and solve all of the world's problems. How do you think we got Saddam?

Actually, helping setup a course at a new venue should be fun. See you at 6:30.

Great that means Jarrett is going to be all sweatty when we get there...........he will have to bring a towel to sit on this time!!!
I learned this the hard way.....

Take all of your valuables out of your car at night. This includes taking the mounting hardware off of your windshield or dash and hiding the power supplies. I lost over $ 1,000 to a thief with no hope of recovering my items and to top if off they smashed my window in the rain and my truck got soaked. Let my loss be your learning experience.

I probably won't make the event after all

found a coolant leak, and it is water pump or something near it

took it to a guy who has done similar work for me and it may or may not be done tomorrow late, depending on what he finds

Bummer.... Hopefully he gets it fixed in time.
Thank Professor Porsche my 914/6 doesn't have a radiator or water pump

You can still come out and watch the event. We haven't seen you since the SCCA event at TMS. I would love to catch up with you.

    Default roads closed

Just a heads up on the roads around the venue.

I 30 westbound at Collins is closed this weekend due to construction. So is Collins for all practical purposes.

    Thank Jerry Jones.

I went by this site around noon today. There were a bunch of trailers and trucks parked in one area and some portable floodlight trailers set up on the west end of the lot. Sure hope all that is gone by tomorrow morning so we can use the whole lot! Anybody know which gate(s) will be opened for us to enter the lot? They were all closed (chains/locks) when I went by. Sure looks like a good site for AX!

On the track, I am fearless.
If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

Bring work gloves. Those cones get pretty dirty.
