Looking for something different? Try this. It is all more of a fun run event than anything. It starts in the afternoon with some daylight runs on the course. Then we stop and have dinner at the site (provided with the entry fee), place glow sticks on the cones, and when it's dark, the event continues.

For the night runs, you leave your headlights off (parking lights are okay) so you can see the glow sticks. Being so dark at the venue, you can look surprisingly far ahead. There are no corner workers for the night runs, so they just stop the event every now and then to pick up cones.

It really is a fun time and very casual. Come try it out. Some people stay the night either in tents/cars or at hotels, but I drive home.
