I would scuff the pads with a ScotchBrite (or sandpaper - something to knock the glaze off) then bed them in gently on the new rotors - just to be safe. Other than that, I don't see a problem reusing old pads on new rotors.
Can I use my half worn brake pads after I stall new brake rotors? I read something that only use new pads on new rotors!
