    Gary,
I am thinking that on this Track day, some people will come and watch only. They might even want to ride instead of drive. Will you have such a way for them to sign up and just take a ride with an approved instructor? Maybe do charity rides for something of the like. I know at some of the dealer sponsored events, we set up rides in the racecars. I am offering my car and I know others who would participate as well.

I'm in. FWIW, at your last event there I ran novice w/o a roll bar.

I'm not opposed to OTM locals (as long as they lift on the straights when they hold you up in the corners).

Better to have them fill the field if needed than not to have the event like this year

On the track, I am fearless.
If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

I think all of the feedback we are getting says we should continue with the event. On the passenger rides, I will talk with Keith and see if this might be viable, I am good with it and agree there may be a lot of people coming out to watch. I ahve seen where during a lunch break they would do a fast lead and follow where you can take a passenger for a fast thrill ride. Instructors can usual give rides, but not participants.

    Get back to everyone soon.

    Thanks,

    Gary

Since you're a sponsor of MW, can you get the track day info. to those already registered? I think people coming from far off wouldn't want to miss this. Sweet!

The only reason you should be in Novice is because the steering wheel is on the left

Lift the ban on OTM, at least S2000's. The S2000 club invites (and even created it's own class) for the Miata folk at our autocrosses. Show some love

Miata only. Especially if it's in conjunction with MW2.

Let's get some porta potties and a stage and hire some bands the night of the track day. We could have primitive camping around the track for the folks that don't wanna get 140 a night rooms. We could hoist an S2000 from a crane and drop it then set it on fire. Call it Miata Underworld!
